In 2025, this will be Isabelle’s sixth season on the Varsity coaching staff and first year as Varsity Head Coach of Poway High School. Graduating from Poway High School in 2017, Isabelle was a four year midfield starter for the Titans.

She earned 4 First Team All-League, 2 First Team All-CIF, 2 time Player of the Year and 2 time All-American. Isabelle also played soccer and field hockey for the Titans. 

After graduating high school Isabelle played D1 lacrosse at San Diego State University. In 2018 the Aztecs won the first ever Mountain West conference title. Isabelle finished her studies at SDSU earning a degree in kinesiology and is now earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for health and human sciences. 

Isabelle has coached for multiple club teams around San Diego in the past 9 years and is currently taking a break from coaching club lacrosse due to school. 

Annalisa started playing lacrosse in fifth grade at the Poway Middle School Program and continued to play Varsity Lacrosse all four years at Poway High. 

Annalisa was a defender and midfielder throughout her high school career, focusing on defensive plays. During her time at Poway High, Annalisa also competed on the field hockey and soccer team for the Titans. 

Graduating from Poway High School in 2019, Annalisa continued her education at San Diego State University where she majored in Biology and minored in Computer Science. She hopes to provide the players with tools they can use in all areas of their lives. Go Titans!

Hi everyone! My name is Zoe Opalec and I am one of the Junior Varsity coaches. This season will be my 4th season coaching but my 2nd season at Poway High School. 

My lacrosse career started in 2015, my freshman year of high school. I was a student at Rancho Bernardo and continued to play midfield and attack throughout all 4 years. After graduating, opportunities to play did not line up but I was able to stay connected within the community by going to practices and games to support my former teammates. 

In 2021 my former coach asked me to come coach with her at Rancho Bernardo and that is what jump started my coaching career. Since then I have not looked back and enjoy what I do. I love seeing the sport grow as well as all the girls I get the opportunity to coach. At the JV level it’s very exciting to see everyone’s small victories as it differs from player to player. 

Becoming a coach has been a very rewarding job and I cannot wait to see what the future will have in store!

Hi Everyone, My name is Niki! I have been coaching lacrosse for 5 years, and this is my second season at Poway. I have been playing lacrosse for about 10 years and have grown to have a deep passion and love for the sport. 

I started playing in middle school and quickly picked up playing goalie in high school at Westview, and continued playing that position in both box and field lacrosse. As COVID cut my senior season short, I thought my involvement in lacrosse would be over, but I was fortunately presented the opportunity to coach middle school lacrosse and have been coaching ever since then. 

My favorite part of coaching over the years is seeing young athletes gain respect and passion for the sport as well as having the opportunity to see them grow as individuals on and off the field. I am so grateful to be here at Poway and a part of the Titan family!
